Shipping & Return

Shipping:

 

We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday - Sunday

will be shipped out the following Monday/Tuesday.
Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder. Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and method, and we charge you only what we pay.

Customers within the U.S. may choose from a range of shipping options with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. All shipments to PO boxes will be shipped via USPS. Shipments within the US are estimated to take 3-5 business days in transit. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance. ASRV is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.

International

International customers may choose from a range of shipping options with FedEx and UPS Mail Innovations. Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to ASRV and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.

Returns:

You have 30  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused

and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be

in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or

proof of purchase.

Refunds:

​

once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

 

Shipping:

​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
